 After graduation (Bachelor of visual art) Sushanta stepped into the animation industry and worked in various international & domestic projects with India’s best companies like Heart Ent. Ltd.(Hyd), UTV Toonz (Mumbai), Toonz Animation India (Trivandrum) as Story Board, Layout & Character designer. He also worked with renowned organisation like Sriven Multitech (Hyd) & Pentamedia Graphic (Hyd) as Pre-production Director & Trainer

His last two spells are really remarkable as HOD Preproduction with Data Quest Ent. Ltd. (Hyd) & is presently busy with fetcher film SAKUNTALA producing by Dowsen Info Tech (kolkata) as an Art Director.
