Due to lack of opportunity, the young budding creative talent of Orissa are going out of the state & abroad in search of career & job & getting settled there as the ‘Brand Makers’ where as our patrons are promoting foreign brands for education in our state, instead of promoting our own talent. This results in lack of good professionals in the arena of creative profession like animation in our state. It creates a big gap between the industry and the talent pool.
